Crown77 Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and crown77 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). Regarding deposits:

• Use of unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.

If your account is suspended due to confirmed fraud, crown77 reserves the right to freeze all funds held in that account while an investigation is conducted. Should the fraud be confirmed, those funds may be forfeited without compensation to the member.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact Crown77 customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days after the verification process is complete.

The crown77 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". crown77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the usability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Crown77 is not liable for any financial losses, indirect losses, or losses resulting from gaming outcomes experienced by members.
• Crown77 is not liable for service interruptions resulting from scheduled system maintenance, technical failures, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Crown77 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account caused by the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• In the rare event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, Crown77 reserves the right to void and refund the bets involved.

The total liability of crown77 to any member in any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Crown77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform unless a different effective date is specified.

We will endeavour to notify members of important amendments via:

• Email to the address registered in your member account
• Notice displayed on the platform's home page for a set period

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the crown77 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through arbitration in accordance with procedures established by crown77. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which crown77 operates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
